Many consultancies deal on a ‘per project’ basis and may sometimes only complete one project in a given company.

JPP Consulting is different.We look at each client with a focused ‘Continuous Improvement (CI) Mentality’. The concept of working with a company for a minimum of 12months is known to increase the Return on Investment. We are delighted to further discuss the benefits of this option with our clients.







The relationship between the ‘Sponsor(s)’ in the business and JPP Consulting will commence and evolve over the 12 month contract through the service structure known as C.A.S.E.

On many occasions change programmes have not been successful due to the project/ business ‘case’ not being given the due care and attention required from those creating and sponsoring the change.

JPP Consulting will implement the purposely-designed ‘Service Structure’ as a means of recommending areas for change. We will work closely with the Senior Management sponsoring the change programme who will also be required to satisfy certain criteria over the course of the change programme.

Sponsorship from management is imperative in driving an open and innovative atmosphere. JPP Consulting supports and implements such innovation in order to create the foundation required towards a culture of continuous improvement that can be sustainable over time.
