About JPP Consulting
JPP Consulting is a specialist performance and change management consultancy, run by Juliana Posada-Phillips.
Due to the current global transition following the pandemic, I understand the value of focussing on the individual, as we firmly believe that mental well-being is paramount in ensuring businesses move forward. This is why JPP Consulting offers both coaching and mentoring needs, when partnering on projects with you.
In addition to the people within an organisation, a business’ processes and infrastructure also remain important. JPP Consulting supports these as well, through our consulting services, which are targeted at organisations ready to improve business performance and accelerate their growth.

Mission
The mission at JPP Consulting is to become a trusted partner of choice for our clients, strengthening their business or professional output on multiple levels and providing a return on their investment.
For businesses, my goal is to assist in increasing business efficiency through bespoke analysis, agreed change initiatives and workforce development, specifically through mentoring and coaching. I focus on the business as a whole, but also the departments, the teams and the individuals.
For individuals, I support personal and professional development to aid change that is both sustainable and will truly make a lasting difference.

About Juliana
I am a certified coach and trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert, on a mission to change your space for the better.
Thanks to extensive travel and more than 20 years of experience in the business world, in a variety of technical and commercial roles within a number of industry sectors, I am proud to be seen by my clients as a 'golden resource' and an effective change agent.
I have a deep analytical understanding of the importance of accurate change management initiatives, communication and accountable decision-making. I have been instrumental in the design and launch of projects with the objective of increasing return on investment, through effective process deployment at a national and international level.
I complement my consultancy work with roles as a mentor and coach, as I strive to make a difference to individuals, businesses and society. I have a diploma from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and my training is based on the G.R.O.W model – which I use in my coaching approach.
My skills have been well-placed to support executives, new leaders, as well as charity initiatives and activities within the community, including the Women4Women in Lee project.
The formula to my success sits in my ability to offer commitment and transparency throughout project execution, and leverage my unique range of skills:
- Strong understanding of different cultures and the ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience and training of Lean Six Sigma and a range of toolkits
- Talent building strategic business partnerships with both organisations and individuals
- Coaching and mentoring expertise.

When I’m not working I recharge by spending time with my family by the sea or, on the odd occasion, a golf course.
